The first toy my 4 year old plays with every day after preschool. She insisted we buy one for her friends birthday this week so they could make matching jewelry. It's a total hit!...

I run a home childcare business, and because of previous reviews, decided to try these. There are tons of fun beads, and the kids are working on their fine motor muscles, which is why I secretly chose them. Don't tell!...

Kids love making jewelry, and this kit is a nice approach. Every bead has male or female connections so you can pop them together in chains or connect them to pre-formed bracelets and rings. It works out well, even for little kids with less finger dexterity. There is no need to tie string together or try to press clasps together....

The kids for whom these were intended love them. They're colorful and fun. I wonder if someone who loved pop beads back in the eighties decided to reinvent them because they loved them so much? Downside is, they are sometimes only loosely connected and can fall apart more easily than the kids want. The kids in our house actually combined two sets, and watching them work with those two together, I think one canister will only work if you only have one child!...

I bought these as a Christmas present for my 6 year old daughter and she loves them. She’s played with them almost everyday. Surprisingly my 4 year old son loves them too. I was worried about them when some reviews said they were hard to snap and unsnap, but my kids have had no problems....

I bought this for my daughter's third birthday and it was by far the greatest gift she received all year. She has spent hours playing, creating, imagining and 2 years later it is still a favorite. I am amazed at the designs she comes up with. I have given this as a gift to others several several times with rave reviews . It does contain small pieces - but I purchased a dinner tray from Ikea with raised edges for $4 & I just enforce the rules that the beads must stay on the tray. (We try our best!) 5 stars - excellent...

520 pieces feels like a lot. The beads are all different shapes and textures. Most are great for little hands, but I was surprised at a tiny group. Some have prongs and others do not. Some have one prong and others have two or none. So the children have to figure it out and how to piece them together to make a necklace. Some of the beads are harder to pop together and my children have needed help. Some are hard to take apart. Overall, my kiddos love them and say they look like Moana and Maui with their jewelry on. Packaging is also cute and makes it easy to keep the beads together. Travels well....
